Battle on

So, what exactly do I do for a living? Something. With internet. And people.

Here's a project I've been working on: FM Tech Battle Royale. You can vote, comment and contribute answers of your own. This is week 2. Click the "prev question" under the Ask A Ninja video on the right to see what happened week 1. A new question, asked by the ninja, will go up Mondays for the next three weeks.

In other news:
  • I worked from home today and got a lot done. Peja was a good assistant. Her duties included sleeping on my notepad, chewing on my notepad, making a quizzical meow/purr noise by my phone while I was on a conference call and licking my computer.
  • I have it on good authority that some people in Oregon are jerks.
  • It is too hot.

I am the good authority! I have lived in several places now, and this is the place where I get yelled at by strangers. I guess it'salso the place where I get complimented by strangers, too. Oregon: land of those who talk to strangers in furtive or aggressve ways.

I think on the whole people in Oregon are way nicer than people here. It is one of the things that I put on my "pro" side when I consider the pros/cons of living in Oregon vs. here. (Here wins.)

More accurately: Oregonians get very very angry at Californians for not driving as badly as they do. (Zing!)

Oregonians are so bad at driving that their government stepped in and banned them from even adding gas to their own cars. Instead they pass that responsibility to otherwise unemployable meth freaks.

Progress, Oregonstyle.
